Casa de Campo® receives Great Place to Work certification

To determine an organization’s excellence, Great Place to Work assesses employee experiences in promoting high-yielding crops and trust in business. This extraordinary achievement was possible thanks to the collaboration of the great family of Resort collaborators, who had a participation level of 98% in the first organizational climate survey process. Among the most outstanding indicators is the pride of belonging to the company with 97%, followed by fellowship with 94%, cooperation and teamwork with 94% and credibility with 92%.

At Casa de Campo Resort, the results of the cultural transformation process developed have been of great value. These have been worked on in-depth in recent years, currently achieving culture and organizational philosophy with solid values, mission, and vision as part of strategic work to evolve our work culture from within and aimed at building a Great Place to Work for all.
