Dominican, graduated from the National University Pedro Henríquez Ureña of Santo Domingo, with a degree in Hotel Management and complementary studies at Cornell University in New York, as well as a certificate of Business Administration by the University from La Salle de México.
He began his career in the hospitality industry at the Occidental Embajador, in 2002, as Front Desk Supervisor. During his career in the Dominican Republic he worked in different hotels, including the Hilton Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott, occupying positions such as Reservations Manager and Sales Manager. José later moved to the Riviera Maya in 2007, Mexico, working in different properties in the popular region. He has extensive experience in hotels with high service standards and LHW hotels.
A native of Portugal, Charles has worked in many hotels, in 12 different countries, and has been a part of the Casa de Campo family since 2014, first as Food and Beverage Director, and more recently as Director of Operations.
Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Post-graduate degree in International Hospitality Management.
Norma is Mexican, graduated from the University of Administrative Sciences (Escuela Panamericana de Hotelera) with a degree in Hotel Management.
Has received training focused on Leadership, World Class Service for Hospitality, ISO 9001-2008, EarthCheck Coordinator, Labor Safety among others. With over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, with emphasis on management activities, planning and coordination in the areas of Quality and Training.
Rosario, a Dominican-native, has more than 25 years of work within the human resources industry, mainly in hospitality. She began her career as Human Resources Manager at Costasur, and for the last 12 years has been responsible for the team’s development, growth and performance at Casa.
Rosario has studied abroad important fields as human resources and safety, NLP and non-verbal communication, in 2016 she earned a certification in neuroleadership by Changes Americas, effective negotiation, how to manage different generations and emotional intelligence studies, as well as having ample experience with Strategic Planning, organizational development and Leadership Coaching.
Sarah has over 25 years of experience at Casa de Campo in various areas including: Accommodations Division, Food and Beverages and, for the past 20 years, she has worked in Sales and Public Relations.
In her role as Public Relations Manager, Sarah manages media planning and marketing, PR, advertising and brand development for the resort with a specialty in Local and Latin American Markets. Sarah has Tourism and Business Administration bachelor degrees from Universidad Federico Henríquez y Carvajal in La Romana, Dominican Republic.

Robert brings more than 10 years of professional experience to Casa de Campo Resort & Villas. Most recently, he was the PGA Director of Golf and Assistant General Manager at English Turn Golf & County Club in New Orleans,
where he managed club operations as well as introduced and implemented player development programs, including ladies and junior programs as well as youth summer camps. He also served as the PGA Head Golf Professional for eight years at TPC Dorado Beach in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
Fernando Arata is an argentinian professional with ample experience in the sport of polo. Prior to Casa de Campo, he worked at Los Pingos del Taita, the world’s largest polo horse embryo center, where he organizes the only auction of trained polo horses, called Remate de Domadores [Tamers’ Auction].
He works for the ESPN Polo television channel, covering men’s tournaments and the Argentina Triple Crown [Triple Corona Argentina] live from the stockades.
Matías Territoriale began his tennis career in his hometown of Salta, Argentina at eight years old—where he excelled as a junior player. He later moved to France to participate in tournaments and tojoin the French Tennis Federation.
He graduated from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) with a degree in Business Administration and the International Tennis Federation (ITF), where he obtained the position as no. 669 of the ITF World Ranking.
Jake Pike grew up in a small country village in the UK. From an early age,
he was immersed in shooting and other rural pursuits.
He was managing a large UK shooting estate in Northamptonshire when he was approached
by Casa de Campo to improve the overall Shooting Center facility for our guests and villa owners.
Vielka is a dynamic sales professional with 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, she held positions with Marriott Hotels, Sol Melia International, Wyndham Resorts, and Bahia Principe Resorts.

Gilles is the face of Casa de Campo golf, having devoted his energy to the resort since arriving in 1981. As Director of Golf Emeritus, Gagnon oversees the entire golf operation, including all 90 holes—at Teeth of the Dog® , The Links, Dye Fore, and La Romana Country Club (private) —as well as the golf shops and tournaments.

Wendy has worked at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas for almost eight years, as Image and Advertising Manager. She creates and oversees all graphic production for the Marketing & Sales department, including, but not limited to, ad campaigns, promotional flyers, and works in collaboration with appointed ad agencies as liaison.
Prior to joining Casa de Campo, she worked at some of the best ad agencies in the DR, such as BBDO and Saatchi & Saatchi, and held a position as a Professor of Marketing, Advertising, and Graphic Design.
Nelly has been a member of the Casa de Campo team since 2007. She began as a Telephone Operator and has since moved up to hold positions of Telephone Supervisor, Reservation Sales Agent, Reservation Assistance, Quality Assurance and, now, Channel Distribution Manager.
Nelly has been in the travel and tourism industry for more than nine years, starting in reception at the Barcelo Hotel Juan Dolio, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism from UCE University.
Before joining Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, Ury worked as a freelance graphic and web designer, servicing clients from across the globe on branding, web design, front-end development, and marketing projects.
As part of the Marketing & Public Relations team at Casa de Campo, he designs and implements marketing and advertising campaigns for the many services and events that take place at the resort across all distribution platforms.
