## Frequently Asked Questions

**Q: What holiday activities does Casa de Campo have in December?**
A: Casa de Campo packs December with Christmas-related activities for all ages, so the holiday season is built around more than just decorations. The program includes Mariachi nights, friendly sports competitions, Drive-in movie nights, a Golf Cart Christmas decorating contest, a Rum and cigar pairing event, Bossa nova sunset nights at Minitas beach, a Flamenco show at la Marina, Masses at the Altos de Chavon Church, and an end-of-year fireworks show. That mix makes it easy to plan around both family time and evening entertainment.

**Q: Is Casa de Campo a good place for families during the holidays?**
A: Casa de Campo is set up as a family-friendly holiday destination because the program is designed for guests and residents of all ages. The page says the activities are meant to keep children safe, inspired, and having unforgettable moments while enjoying the holiday spirit. That matters if you want a trip where the schedule already includes seasonal events instead of forcing you to build everything yourself. The resort also frames the season around lasting memories, not just one-off parties.

**Q: How does Casa de Campo handle holiday events safely?**
A: Casa de Campo runs its holiday activities in line with health protocols from its Casa Cares program. The page specifically mentions social distancing at limited events, hand sanitizer in all areas, and masks. That combination matters because it shows the resort is planning gatherings with physical spacing in mind rather than treating every event like a normal crowd. If you are deciding whether to attend mass, concerts, or other seasonal events, those protocols are part of how the program is organized.

**Q: What are the Christmas Eve dinner options at Casa de Campo?**
A: Christmas Eve dinner specials are offered across several dining spots at Casa de Campo, including each of the resort’s eight restaurants, Chilango Taqueria, La Cana Rest in the hotel main area, La Casita Rest in la Marina, and Minitas Beach Club. Minitas Beach Club is described as serving Mediterranean cuisine overlooking the Caribbean Sea. That gives guests multiple ways to celebrate without leaving the property, which is useful if you want dinner built into your holiday plans instead of arranging something off-site.

**Q: What is a smart way to plan a holiday visit to Casa de Campo?**
A: The best approach is to build your trip around the dated events that matter most to you. The season starts with the Christmas tree lighting on December 4 in Altos de Chavon, and Catholic Masses are scheduled on specific dates through January 6 at places like Genesis garden, St. Stanislaus Church, the Amphitheater, and Chavon Plaza. That schedule helps you avoid missing key moments like live music, live streaming at the amphitheater, or the fireworks show at year-end.
