- Rates shown above are per room, per night.
- 28% tax is not included in these rates shown and will be added at the time of booking.
- Cancellation and deposit policy:
- Rooms: fully refundable when canceled 45 days prior to arrival. 2 nights + tax deposit at the time of booking required. The penalty charge for late cancellation or no-show is a 2-night deposit + 28% tax.
- Garden and Classic villas: Fully refundable when canceled by Octobre 1st. A 2-night deposit + 28% tax is required. The penalty charge for late cancellation or no-show is 2 night deposit + 28% tax.
- Exclusive and Oceanfront villas: Non-refundable, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- 7-night minimum length of stay for our Garden & Classic Villas, December 25 & 26, 2024
