## Frequently Asked Questions

**Q: What format is the Spanish Cup played in?**
A: The Spanish Cup uses an individual Stableford format, with general prizes based on the combined score over three days. That matters because Stableford rewards steady scoring instead of just raw stroke count, so consistency across all three rounds is the real edge. Casa de Campo, Casa De Campo, Casadecampo also sets tee times based on handicap and scratch, which helps keep the field organized by playing level.

**Q: Which courses are used in the Spanish Cup?**
A: The tournament is played across three of Casa de Campo’s best-known courses: Teeth of the Dog®, Dye Fore, and The Links. That mix gives the event variety instead of repeating one layout all week. The schedule also shows the final round at Dye Fore Lakes & Chavón, so players should expect different course demands over the three days rather than a single-course format.

**Q: What does the Spanish Cup package include for golfers?**
A: The golfer package is built around a full tournament week, not just entry into the event. It includes 6-night accommodation, daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, golf cart use for all rounds, tournament entry fee, club storage and cleaning, high-speed Wi-Fi, one round of clay pigeon shooting, and round-trip transfers to La Romana, Santo Domingo, and Punta Cana airports. That makes it easier to budget because many on-property basics are already bundled in.

**Q: Is the Spanish Cup a good option if I want a golf trip with non-golf activities?**
A: The schedule makes it a strong fit for mixed-interest travel because there is a built-in day off plus free afternoons and evenings throughout the week. Casa de Campo, Casa De Campo, Casadecampo offers clay pigeon shooting, tennis, a visit to Catalina Island, horseback riding, fitness center access, and non-motorized water sports at Minitas Beach. That gives non-golf time real structure instead of leaving people stuck waiting around.

**Q: How much do rooms cost for the Spanish Cup?**
A: Room pricing starts at $3,003 for a non-golfer single occupancy Elite room and goes up to $5,148 for a golfer single occupancy Premier room. Double occupancy starts at $3,410 for non-golfers and $3,696 for golfers in Elite rooms. Extra nights are also listed separately at $481 or $741 for Elite rooms and $579 or $920 for Premier rooms. Villas are quoted separately by email.
