To schedule an appointment, kindly speak to our wellness concierge who will arrange your ideal experience. Hotel guests can dial extension 2600 from their rooms. Non-hotel guests may call 809-523-3333, Ext. 2600 or Book Online. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service.

You are requested to arrive 90 min prior to our appointment. This will allow you time to sign in, change clothes, and partake in our world-class co-ed Hydrothermal Experience before your service. For your comfort and hygiene, wearing bathing attire is required in all hydrotherapy areas.

Spa services may be charged to your room or villa. We also accept all major credit cards, and Casa de Campo Gift Cards for payment.

All Spa prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to 18% taxes and 10% service charge. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Additional gratuities paid directly to your therapist are accepted for exceptional service.

To avoid a 100 percent charge, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling spa services.

Late arrivals may impact the duration of your treatment. To avoid inconveniencing the next guest, your service will end on time. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

You will be provided with a robe and slippers at the spa. Please undress to your level of comfort. Undergarments are not necessary during spa treatments but may be worn if desired. Our professionally trained staff uses proper draping techniques to protect your privacy and comfort at all times. Disposable undergarments will be provided for all body treatments.

If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, or specific needs, please inform our wellness concierge when making your reservation. This allows us to tailor your experience accordingly.

We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers after their fist trimester, and also for nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

We recommend refraining from shaving before any body exfoliation treatment. Men should shave at least three hours before a facial treatment.

The spa is designed for relaxation and tranquility. We kindly ask that you silence your cell phone and avoid using it in the locker rooms, Hydrothermal Experience area, relaxation spaces, and treatment areas.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to access the Hydrothermal Experience and treatment areas. Minors may receive selected treatments only when accompanied by a responsible adult who remains present during the service and books a treatment alongside the minor in our Tandem Treatment Room.
