What began as a vision became an extraordinary celebration of fashion, creativity, culture, and connection.
From June 4–7, Casa de Campo welcomed designers, tastemakers, industry leaders, media, and guests from around the world for the inaugural edition of Casa de Campo Fashion Week. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Casa de Campo and Altos de Chavón, the event showcased the Dominican Republic as a destination where fashion, luxury, art, and lifestyle converge.

Art exhibition and welcome reception
The inaugural Fashion Week began with an elegant evening celebrating creativity beyond the runway. Guests gathered among art, culture, and conversation as the official opening reception set the tone for a weekend defined by inspiration, craftsmanship, and connection. Artists Jesús Cordero and Mister George met with guests and talked about their pieces. A very moving moment was presenting Raúl de Molina with a heartfelt plaque naming him Official Ambassador of the upcoming Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival, which takes place this October 9-10, 2026.
Runway Show #1
The first runway presentation brought together distinguished Dominican and international designers, showcasing collections that reflected innovation, artistry, and contemporary elegance. Guests experienced an evening where fashion became a powerful expression of identity and creativity.

Runway Show #2n and Commitment
During the ceremony, the President of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, Andrés Pichardo Rosenberg, emphasized the long-term vision behind the restoration: “Restoring Teeth of the Dog was a commitment to excellence and to preserving the legacy of Pete Dye for future generations.” Similarly, José “Pepe” Fanjul Jr., President of Central Romana Corporation, highlighted the broader impact: “This investment reflects our commitment to the development of La Romana and to strengthening the Dominican Republic’s position as a global tourism destination.”

The second evening continued the momentum with another remarkable showcase of design talent. From sophisticated silhouettes to bold statements of craftsmanship, the collections captivated audiences and reinforced the growing international relevance of Caribbean fashion.

The Art of Balance Talks
One of the most inspiring moments of the weekend, The Art of Balance Talks explored wellness, confidence, longevity, and personal growth through meaningful conversations with renowned experts and special guests. The session reflected the event’s broader vision of celebrating style as part of a balanced and fulfilling life.

Adelina, founder of a distinctive wellness and beauty concept in La Romana, focused on personalized care and elevated experiences
Dr. Lisbeth Méndez, specialist in primary care, longevity, and regenerative medicine

Dayanara Torres, actress, singer, television host, and international ambassador, whose authenticity and resilience continue to inspire audiences worldwide

Custo Barcelona Grand Finale
The runway program culminated with an extraordinary closing presentation by internationally acclaimed designer Custo Barcelona. Known worldwide for his bold creativity, vibrant color palettes, and distinctive artistic vision, Custo delivered a spectacular finale that brought energy, innovation, and global recognition to the inaugural edition of Casa de Campo Fashion Week.
Trunk Show and Closing Ceremony
The weekend concluded with an intimate trunk show and closing gathering, offering guests the opportunity to connect directly with designers, discover exclusive pieces, and celebrate the success of an unforgettable first edition. It was a fitting finale to a weekend dedicated to fashion, culture, and meaningful experiences.
