Amansha Yoga is a form of Dynamic Healing Yoga that focuses on correct breathing as its primary tool for balancing all body systems, and opening of the heart chakra center. By implementing a series of positions called asanas, in combination with breathing, one can achieve greater strength, stamina and flexibility. This class combines the techniques of Hatha, Kundalini and Bikram, along with the principles of Amansha Yoga.
Amansha Yoga offers a profound avenue for chakra alignment and aura strenghtening. In these changing times of global warming, increases in solar flare activity and the oncoming of many more challenges to our genetic and spiritual well-being, our bodies are prone to greater environmental, as well as increased atmospheric radiation levels.
Amansha Yoga works to fortify not only the aura, but the immune system through holistic stimulation of the endocrine system. Our evolution as a physical/spritual being counts on it.
In Amansha Yoga, the breath is key.
1 hour including a 10-20 minute hand chakra aura reading to find energetic challenges in the client, then a 25-minute reiki healing session with crystals.
2-hour session (1 hour with instructor, second hour with therapist).
1st hour: Current Life Process Questionnaire, Amansha Breathing Excercise, Specific 5-10 minute Amansha Yoga Healing positions that can be personally prescribed and can also cater to those with serious health issues such as diabetes.
(An illustrated personalized booklet may be included at an extra charge).
2nd hour: Client´s choice of Chakra Aromatherapy session or prescribed organic color-based massage with personalized recommendation of a Cygalle massage therapist and her/his specialty.
