We can accommodate groups of all sizes ranging from 10 to 600 depending on the setup and venue requirements. Casa de Campo features over 27,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space, including two grand ballrooms and flexible breakout rooms as well as the new Marina Riverside Center set on the shore of the Chavon River featuring a dramatic open-air tent design with an indoor/outdoor structure surrounded by breathtaking water views. There are many unique venue options to choose from in both the main hotel area, the beach area, in Altos de Chavon, and throughout the entire property.

Yes, Casa de Campo has many unique outdoor venues perfect for private group events such as receptions, weddings, private group dinners, award ceremonies, team building activities, social celebrations and so much more. Some unique options include, Minitas Beach Pool Deck, the Teeth of the Dog® golf driving range, the resort pool deck, the equestrian center, the Safari Club in the shooting center, the tennis center and the new Marina Riverside center to name a few. Upon booking your group, you have the choice of all rooms, suites and villa categories available at the resort. From our newly renovated Superior Casita Rooms, Elite Rooms, One and Two Bedroom Elite Suites, and of course our exclusive private luxury Villas which range from 3 to 12 bedrooms and come complete with your private maid and butler service, pool and jacuzzi. All room choices include a golf cart for the duration of your stay. Your dedicated group planner will help you determine the right room choices for your attendees.

Yes, Casa de Campo offers an all-inclusive package option for groups. This plan has an extensive list of inclusions from food and beverage plans including premium brands of soft drinks, beer, and liquor along with inclusions of horseback riding, non-motorized beach sports, and tennis. At Casa we take care of you and your group’s needs from the moment we connect. Groups are assigned a dedicated Conference Services Coordinator to work closely with you every step of the way. They will assist you in the development and implementation of custom-designed programs and venues to meet all your needs and coordinate the logistics of your group from airport transfers, activities, gourmet menus, décor, entertainment and so much more.

Yes. We recognize that one crucial aspect of any meeting or event is Food & Beverage. Our culinary experts will put together an interactive experience for your group. We pride ourselves on our memorable culinary experiences. Please do note that outside catering is not permitted.

At Casa de Campo we do not change a catering fee as the service is provided based on consumption.

Yes. Wireless internet is available in all guest rooms, front desk and lobby areas. it is also available in the conference rooms, you can either use a basic service or ask for as much bandwidth as you may need for your activities, (at an additional cost).

Yes. Casa de Campo Resort and Villas offers a complete range of state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. From simple projectors to the technology required for multi-language simultaneous translation, and everything in between, we can provide equipment for all your audiovisual needs. All equipment is set–up by experienced technicians and additional technical assistance is available.

Casa de Campo works with several exclusive providers for airport transfers. Your assigned Conference Service Coordinator will assist you with airport transfers. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic in La Romana, the resort is easily accessible from a variety of locations and methods of transportation. We have VIP transportation service for groups of all kinds, such as antique cars, carriages, vehicles for the disabled and more. In addition, you can request a helicopter transfer from Las Americas Airport in Santo Domingo.

Yes. Casa de Campo offers a receiving and storage service. All small packages can be sent to the hotel address through UPS. For larger shipments, we recommend hiring the advice of a customs agent, your Group Coordinator can help you with this.

Casa de Campo offers a collection of exhilarating activities to keep everyone entertained during their stay. From team building activities, there is golf, deep-sea fishing, catamaran excursions, horseback riding, skeet shooting, Catalina Island private beach day trips, scuba diving, and so much more.
