And traveling may not be in everyone’s plans right now. That’s why we have updated our policies to provide Free cancellation or modification on all bookings, so that can be the least of your worries.
In the wake of the latest COVID-19 pandemic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is taking a series of measures to make sure present and future guests will be able to change or cancel their bookings in a fair way. We understand your concerns about committing to travel plans during these uncertain times, and for that reason we are trying to ease our booking, rescheduling and cancellation processes for everyone.
We have made free cancellations available for all bookings made directly through the Casa de Campo website.
• It is possible to reschedule and hold reservations without penalty. If you need to cancel your booking later on, you will not have to provide a specific reason in order to do so.
• Guests who have booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties need to contact their booking provider directly for assistance.
• For guests currently staying at Casa de Campo, extra precautions are being taken all over the resort grounds. Learn more about our hygiene and prevention measures in our COVID-19 Statement.
• We are aware that circumstances can change on a day-by-day basis. We will keep you informed about further developments.
