- 28% tax is not included in these rates shown and will be added at the time of booking.
- Cancellation and deposit policy:
- Rooms: fully refundable when canceled 45 days before arrival.
- A 2-night + tax deposit at the time of booking is required.
- The penalty charge for late cancellation or no-show is a 2-night deposit + 28% tax.
- Garden and Classic villas: Fully refundable when canceled by October 1st. A 2-night deposit + 28% tax is required.
- The penalty charge for late cancellation or no-show is a 2-night deposit + 28% tax.
- Exclusive and Oceanfront villas: Non-refundable, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Rooms: fully refundable when canceled 45 days before arrival.
- 5-night minimum lenght of stay is required for Garden & Classic villas starting December 19, 2025
- 7-night minimum length of stay for our Garden & Classic Villas, December 25 & 26, 2025
