Cancellation Policy
Our standard policy allows cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. Any cancellation after the start time or no show will be charged 100%. Modifications 24 hours after reservation are subject to availability. Please note that during the holidays, cancellation or modification is not allowed.
Identification
All guests may be required to present a valid ID matching the name on the reservation. Furthermore, a valid driver’s license must be provided in order to be able to drive the complimentary golf cart, included in the reservation.
Minimum Guest Requirements
Some experiences require a minimum number of participants. In the rare event that an activity is rescheduled or canceled, guests will be notified in advance.
Weather-Related Updates
In the case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, experiences may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled. Guests will be contacted with updates.
Children and Minors
All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise specified. Supervision is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
Liability Waivers
Some experiences may require guests to sign a waiver prior to participation. Failure to do so may prevent participation without a refund.
