To use a gift card, simply present the email, printed E-gift card or physical Gift Card at any of the hotel owned outlets. There, you can quickly check your available balance and apply any amount you wish to your purchase

Terms and Conditions

Gift Cards and e-cards can be redeemed at various locations in Casa de Campo: Sport pro shops, spa, restaurants, and bars.
Gift Cards and e-cards value can be used on a variety of activities including resort signature restaurants and bars (excluding SBG), golf, sports, spa, excursions, Family program activities. For a complete list of resort restaurants and bars, please click here.
Valid only on resort Pro Shops (Teeth of the Dog® Pro Shop, Dye Fore Pro Shop, Tennis Center Pro Shop, Shooting Center Pro Shop).
Valid up to one (1) year after purchase.
Gift Cards and e-cards of $900 or less will be ready to be used 24 hours after purchase.
Gift Cards and e-cards of $901 and up, 48 hours are required.
Gift cards and e-cards cannot be used in SBG Marina.
Gift Cards and e-cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check, and credit or used towards taxes or service charges.
Please treat this like cash; if a card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced.
Gift cards and e-cards cannot be used for event activities, like banquets, catering, decorations, venues, etc.
Gift Cards and e-cards value cannot be used to make or pay for a hotel reservation or incidentals.
Refunds:
Refunds or cancelations only apply to e-cards.
E-cards can only be refunded to the person that purchased it.
- Refunds can be requested in the 48 hours after purchasing the e-card.
- Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is not responsible nor liable for variations in the currency exchange rate or bank commissions related to refunds and/or returns.
- The estimated time for international refunds and/or reimbursements depends on each bank or financial institution.
