Chef Ramón Freixa, recognized with two Michelin stars, crafted an unforgettable dinner infused with Spanish identity and contemporary finesse. The Feria de Sevilla Comes to Life at the Polo Fields

Saturday brought the energy of Andalucía to the open air with a full Feria de Sevilla experience at the Polo Fields. Colorful casetas, Flamenco on horseback, traditional gastronomy, live music, dancing, and festive décor transported guests directly to Seville. Families, friends, and international visitors joined in the celebration, embracing the joy and tradition that define this iconic Spanish festival.
