Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival 2025: A Celebration of Flavor, Elegance, and Caribbean Spirit
Casa de Campo Resort & Villas once again became the epicenter of the Caribbean’s culinary world with the triumphant third edition of the Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival, presented by American Express.
Over an unforgettable weekend, food lovers, chefs, and connoisseurs gathered at the Marina Riverside Center and Minitas Beach Club to celebrate the artistry of cuisine, the joy of discovery, and the timeless elegance that define Casa de Campo.
A Weekend of Stars, Flavor, and Celebration
Guided by the charismatic energy of Raúl de Molina and Clarissa Molina, the festival brought together a stellar lineup of international chefs, live entertainment, and exclusive tasting experiences. Culinary luminaries such as Scott Conant, Hubert Keller, Joe Isidori, and the Dominican Republic’s own Inés Páez “Chef Tita” showcased their talent through inspiring live demonstrations and creative pairings that captured the essence of Caribbean sophistication.
Chef Conant delighted guests with his Ricotta Gnudi with Baby Tomato Salsa, Chef Keller refreshed the crowd with his Watermelon Bloody Mary, Chef Isidori shared the heartwarming story behind his mother’s famous Meatballs with Ricotta and Marinara, and Chef Tita impressed with her Tuna Crudo with Coconut Water and Guavaberry, a vibrant tribute to Dominican flavors.
A Toast to Dominican Excellence
Among the weekend’s highlights was the debut of Ron Ozama, the new Dominican rum brand created by baseball legend David “Big Papi” Ortiz. Led by master mixologist Edwin Castillo, the Ron Ozama tasting station captivated guests with its Blanco, Añejo, and Gran Añejo varieties—each reflecting the depth, character, and pride of the Dominican Republic’s rum-making tradition.
Culinary Passion Meets the Casa de Campo Lifestyle
As the sun set over the Caribbean, the festival culminated with the elegant “Dinner Under the Stars” at Minitas Beach Club, where guests enjoyed a beachfront evening of fine dining and live music by Shalim Ortiz.
Throughout the weekend, live bands including Cayo Arena Beat and the Joseph Miller Band, along with DJs Leo, Ronald, and Kambax, kept the ambiance vibrant—perfectly blending rhythm, flavor, and refined leisure in true Casa de Campo style.
A Festival of Partnerships and Excellence
This year’s festival was made possible thanks to the collaboration of leading brands in the world of beverages and gastronomy, including Casa Brugal, Chandon Garden, Álvarez y Sánchez, Whispering Angel, Tequila Maestro Dobel, Barceló, Estrella Damm, Corona, Presidente, Café Santo Domingo, Arturo Fuente, Tabacalera de García, La Bodega, El Catador, Romangus, and Ron Ozama, with American Express as the main presenting partner.
Strengthening Casa de Campo’s Culinary Legacy
Opening remarks by Andrés Pichardo Rosenberg, President of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, and Jason Kycek, Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer, underscored the festival’s mission—to position Casa de Campo as the Caribbean’s leading destination for culinary and luxury experiences. With this third successful edition, Casa de Campo continues to honor its legacy of excellence and innovation, where gastronomy, culture, and world-class hospitality come together to create experiences that are, quite simply, unforgettable.
