Enough of the boring drinks you’ve tried before: the bartenders and mixologists at our bars and lounges are experts on creating the best tropical cocktails, inspired by our fresh fruits and our lush surroundings. First, relax with a cold beer at The 19th Hole after a round at Teeth of the Dog® , then head to Coco Mar at Minitas Beach to taste the ultimate Piña Colada, and finally try more of our rum-based cocktails while waiting for the most amazing sunsets on this side of the island at Minitas Beach Club & Restaurant.

Learn how to prepare these drinks at home, this way you’ll always remember those great moments spent at our bars.

Cinnamon Spirit

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 oz of Brugal Extra Viejo rum
    • 1 oz of cinnamon syrup
    • 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
    • A splash of ginger ale
  • Directions:
    Mix the rum, the syrup, and the lime juice in a shaker, shake well, serve in a highball glass and finish with the ginger ale. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cinnamon stick.

Frutiroska

  • Ingredients:
    • 3 oz of blueberry vodka
    • 3 wedges of lemon
    • 3 grapes
    • 3 pieces of watermelon
    • Granulated sugar
  • Directions:
    Marinate the fruits with the sugar, then add vodka, blueberry, ice, and serve in a rock glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Italian Rosé

  • Ingredients
    • 2 oz of Very Special Hennessy
    • 1 oz of white apple liqueur
    • 3 oz of rosé wine
    • A splash of Sprite soda
  • Directions
    Add Hennessy, white apple liqueur, and the rosé wine in a glass of iced white wine and complete with Sprite. Garnish with mixed fruits.
