Organizer
This raffle is organized by Casa de Campo® Resort & Villas in celebration of the community’s 50th anniversary and the grand re-opening of the Teeth of the Dog golf course, located in Casa de Campo, La Romana, Dominican Republic.
Purpose
The purpose of this raffle is to raise funds for charitable causes. All proceeds will be donated in equal parts to two nonprofit organizations: Fundacion Mir and Patronato Benefico Oriental.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all homeowners and guests of Casa de Campo® Resort & Villas, aged 18 and older. Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Raffle Ticket Sales
Tickets will be sold at a price of US$25 each or the equivalent in Dominican pesos. Sales will begin on July 1st. 2025 and end on December 1, 2025. Tickets may be purchased at Minitas Beach Concierge and Teeth of the Dog® Pro Shop. There is no limit on the number of tickets one individual can purchase.
Prize
The prize consists of one (1) Tommy Bahama Golf Cart donated by Club Car. The cart is new, and is provided as-is, without any warranty or service commitment from the organizer.
Draw Details
The winner will be selected by random draw, scheduled to take place in December 2025.
Winner Notification
The winner will be announced publicly at the event and contacted via email and/or phone, using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
Prize Collection
The winner must claim the prize within 15 days of the draw. Any additional costs associated with transferring, registering, or transporting the golf cart are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Taxes and Fees
Any taxes, duties, or other fees associated with the prize will be borne exclusively by the winner, under Dominican tax law.
Transparency and Donations
A report detailing the amount raised and confirmation of the donations made to the designated charities will be made available to participants upon request.
Legal Compliance
This raffle will be conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the Dominican Republic. All necessary permits and approvals will be obtained before the raffle.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of La Romana.
