Casa de Campo will automatically cancel reservations not deposited within 72 hours of booking. Full prepayment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Six night minimum required for stays arriving December 24 through December 29.Full payment is due by October 1. Reservations made after October 1 require full payment.
Payments are fully refundable until seven days prior to arrival. 50% of prepayment is refundable if cancelled between seven and four days prior to arrival. No refunds if cancelled three days or less prior to arrival or for no-show, later arrival or early departure. During Holidays, special policies apply. Any changes in reservation made within 3 days of arrival date (new arrival/departure date, reduction in length of stay) will be subject to full penalties and applicable rates.

No refunds if cancelled after November 20 or for no-show, later arrival or early departure. Date changes will be accepted subject to availability, for the same room category and/or the specific villa only. Penalties for changes (in arrival/departure date, length of stay, etc.) if applicable, will be enforced.
