Guests are required to check-out of their room or villa by 11am. However, a later check-out time can be requested, this will be available subject to availability, and may be subject to additional charge.

At Casa de Campo we have many rate plans available for ROOM bookings that include breakfast in our spectacular Lago Restaurant and/or room service (plus the delivery charge). Please check the specific rate details at time of booking to see whether it is included for your particular reservation. Also, please note that, once you make a booking you will also have the option to add breakfast to your reservation if it was not included in your original rate.

All VILLA bookings include daily breakfast prepared in your private villa by our expert staff. Every day villa guests will receive a breakfast menu to select options, from american and continental breakfast to local, Dominican dishes.

At Casa de Campo there is an extensive Room Service menu available for all registered resort guests 24 hours a day. There is a charge of $7.00 for delivery.

Smoking is not allowed on any of the rooms, neither inside nor in the terrace/balcony. Smoking is not allowed in common areas either.

Depending on the room type, our guest rooms feature a shower or a bathtub. Superior Casita rooms feature a separate bathroom with a shower and lavatory. Elite rooms include a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, bathtub, and personal lavatory. Suites feature the same amenities as Elite rooms, plus a 2nd half bathroom with a black-marble vanity.

At Casa de Campo we have a no pets policy. However, exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for guests with special needs who require service dogs, including:

Seeing-eye dogs for the blind (guide dogs)
Alert dogs for the deaf
Companion dogs for the disabled
SERVICE AND COMPANION DOG POLICY
Your dog must never be left unattended in your room, or in any public area.
Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times when in the hotel and resorts public areas, both inside and outside.
You are responsible for picking up your dogs droppings.

Every room includes a terrace or balcony with a seating area for 2- 4 people. If you wish to have a small get-together we recommend one of our bars and lounges. Gatherings are not allowed in resort guest rooms.
