Food & Beverage Services
Part of what makes an event memorable is an outstanding food and drink selection. For every meeting, conference or corporate activity, appetizers, coffee breaks and full breakfast, lunch and dinner options are as customizable as possible. Once the guests have some free time to unwind and explore on their own, we encourage them to try any of our gourmet restaurants inside the resort.
Delicious Dominican hors d’oeuvres, a complete assortment of coffee and finger food for breaks, tasty breakfast and brunch buffets, gourmet box lunches, make-your-own-menu dinners… choose the options that fit best for the needs of your team. At Casa de Campo, every culinary detail of your event will be meticulously planned.
Our Catering Coordinator will guide you with choosing the right event package that will fit your budget. We’ll help you arrange everything you want and need, from food and bar service to music and entertainment.
Our Banquet Department can provide a wide variety of menus and beautiful venues for any kind of event.
Our expert Catering Department will allow you to feel like a guest at your own event! We have a variety of unique menus designed for all occasions and locations, including villas, airplanes, boats, etc.
We also offer Chef in Villa service, please order this service 24 hrs. prior to your event.
We have designed a wide range of cuisine to make your flight or stay at sea even more pleasant.
For your convenience, Room Service for hotel rooms and villas is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The menus are available in the room directory. Delivery service is available to hotel rooms and villas at a cost of US$7.00.
The Food & Beverage Department can arrange for an extensive range of products to be delivered to the comfort of your villa. Hours: Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm; Sunday 9 am to 12 noon.
Ice delivery is available from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday and 9 am to 12 noon on Sundays.


Not every meal has to be a group dining or banquet experience. We offer meal plans and dine-around options to encourage guests to venture out and sample the many fantastic dining options Casa de Campo Resort and Villas has to offer. Pre-reserved seating is available, but is in limited quantities at certain restaurants.

Casa de Campo‘s newest culinary endeavor is fun, creative, and has a set of wheels. Brasa is our very first food truck, created to embrace the boldness and variety of street food flavors with the same quality standards held by every restaurant inside the resort.
Brasa´s current menu offers fresh salads and ceviches, delicious fried goods, grilled platters, hamburgers and Argentinian choripán, something for every taste.

Massa features creative and classical pizzas and flatbreads.
Long-fermented Sourdough bases cooked in our wood fired oven.
You can visit the truck at Minitas Beach every day from 11am to 5pm.
