Throughout 2017, Altos de Chavón has had the pleasure of once again receiving top artists.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez, “Jenny from the Block”, started the year making history with one of the most impressive shows of all times. Starting by walking from the top of the amphitheater’s stairs, greeting her fans along the way, she gave it all in a show full of choreography, costumes, lights, and of course, her excellent voice. Her surprise guests included the charismatic Cuban group Gente de Zona, and her ex-husband and current producer of her new album, Marc Anthony, with whom she sang an electrifying duet. No doubt, it was a night to remember.

Maluma & Wisin

A few months later, we received “Pretty Boy” Maluma, and reggaeton king Wisin, who gathered more than 5,500 people in the theater. The Dominican audience was able to relive the first reunion of “El dúo de la historia” since their separation in 2013 when Yandel made a guest appearance at Wisin’s show. Later, the rain couldn’t stop the performance of Maluma; since the moment he took the stage, he filled everyone with unstoppable energy.

CNCO & Yandel

September marked the comeback of teen sensations CNCO to a Dominican stage. The boy band performed its greatest hits, making an audience mostly made up of young girls dance all night long. Before CNCO’s concert, “El Capitán” Yandel had the chance to be the opening solo act of this great night.
