Para cerrar con broche de oro, los chefs Tory McPhail (Commander\u2019s Palace, en Nueva Orleans) y Marco Canora (Hearth Restaurant, Nueva York) nos ense\u00f1ar\u00e1n a apreciar una cocina de t\u00e9cnicas sencillas con ingredientes locales y de temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.casadecampo.com.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Tory-McPhail-FOTW-october-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casadecampo.com.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Tory-McPhail-FOTW-october-2.jpg\" alt=\"Tory McPhail\" class=\"wp-image-2465\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os, Tony McPhail ha sido el chef ejecutivo del restaurante Commander\u2019s Palace en Nueva Orleans, un estandarte de cocina Creole en el coraz\u00f3n de su venue de origen. Su m\u00e9todo de pensar le permite actualizar cl\u00e1sicos de la cocina criolla con ingredientes frescos de granja, siempre respetando la fuerte herencia y pasi\u00f3n que siente la regi\u00f3n por sus platos. Su trabajo lo ha llevado a numerosos programas de television como \u201cTop Chef\u201d, \u201cToday\u201d, \u201cEarly Show\u201d, \u201cPaula\u2019s Party\u201d junto a Paula Dean, y muchos otros shows de la red de Food Network. Desde haber preparado una comida complete para el president Bill Clinton en su primer restaurante en Martha\u2019s Vineyard, hasta compartir sus secretos y consejos a trav\u00e9s de libros, videos online y clases anuales en la regi\u00f3n italiana de la Toscana, Canora ha tenido un camino imparable hacia la excelencia.
