Flavors of the World Bolivia
Discover Bolivia’s autochthonous flavors with Chef Marsia Taha
If you’ve ever been curious about Bolivian gastronomical culture, our next Flavors of the World is destined to answer your most pressing questions. Thanks to the effort of Noma’s co-founder Claus Meyer, Bolivian cuisine has reached an unprecedented level of innovation in the past few years. Powered by the Melting Pot Foundation, Gustu doubles as a cooking school for people with limited resources and a gourmet restaurant in the city of La Paz. Currently, Gustu occupies the #28 spot on the Latin America’s 50 Best list.
Chef Marsia Taha, alongside Gustu’s head chef Mauricio Lopez, are committed to create groundbreaking, naturalistic dishes that celebrate 100% local Bolivian produce. On this occasion, Marsia will be part of Flavors of the World lineup with the mission of bringing exotic combinations, subtle flavors and beautiful presentations to please our most demanding guests.
