# Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival 2026 Celebrates a Sold-Out Fourth Edition

### Two unforgettable days of culinary excellence brought together internationally acclaimed chefs, exceptional flavors, and a spectacular finale at Minitas Beach.

Casa de Campo Resort & Villas concluded the fourth annual Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival on October 10, 2026, with a sold-out Saturday that brought together celebrated chefs, distinguished guests, and culinary enthusiasts for an exceptional celebration of gastronomy.
Presented by **American Express**, the October 9–10 festival once again transformed the Marina Riverside Center into a gathering place for outstanding cuisine, fine wines, spirits, and memorable experiences. The festivities culminated with a sold-out Dinner Under the Stars at Minitas Beach Club, followed by fireworks over the Caribbean Sea.
Among the distinguished guests was **Leah F. Campos**, **U.S. Ambassador to the Dominican Republic**. Television host **Carlos Calderón** of Telemundo’s Hoy Día served as master of ceremonies for both evenings at the Grand Tasting Pavilion, keeping the celebration alive with music and entertainment. “Seeing this fourth edition consolidated with completely sold-out tickets demonstrates that the festival has already become a key international benchmark for luxury gastronomic tourism in the region,” commented **Jason Kycek**, Senior Vicepresident of Sales and CMO.

#### Four Celebrated Chefs, Four Distinctive Culinary Perspectives

The Grand Tasting Pavilion brought together four acclaimed chefs, each contributing a distinctive perspective shaped by personal heritage, international experience, and culinary creativity.
**Michael Mina**, founder of MINA Group, presented spiced Hawaiian-style beef with olive oil and herb-mashed sweet potatoes and Egyptian pepper sauce, showcasing the bold flavors and refined techniques that define his culinary approach.
Returning for the fourth year, **Hubert Keller**, the celebrated French chef behind Fleur de Lys, served an indulgent surf-and-turf burger featuring wagyu beef, Maine lobster, Brie cheese, and truffle.
**Joe Isidori**, owner of Arthur & Sons in Manhattan and the Hamptons and the chef behind Black Tap, returned for his second year at the festival with spicy rigatoni alla vodka made with Voli 305 Vodka, Pitbull’s vodka brand—a tribute to the classic Italian-American cooking of New York.
Representing Dominican culinary talent, **Gabriel Tejada Núñez**, founder of Tenú in Santiago de los Caballeros and former chef de cuisine at Lima’s Central restaurant and SBG Casa de Campo, presented roasted beetroot with goat cheese, raisins, and macadamia nuts. His dish placed Dominican ingredients alongside internationally recognized culinary traditions, underscoring the role of local products in contemporary fine dining.
Together, the chefs offered guests an engaging exploration of flavor, technique, and culinary identity.

#### A Grand Tasting Experience at the Marina

Throughout the festival, guests enjoyed an extensive selection of culinary creations, from king crab and caviar to Maine lobster, wagyu beef, and truffles. The experience extended beyond the dishes themselves, with wines poured by the winemakers and tastings that brought guests closer to the people and craftsmanship behind each offering.
Live music and a DJ added to the lively atmosphere of the Grand Tasting Pavilion, creating a setting where gastronomy and social connection came together.

#### Dinner Under the Stars: A Spectacular Finale

On Saturday evening, the celebration moved to Minitas Beach Club for Dinner Under the Stars, which also sold out. With the Caribbean as its backdrop, the evening featured chef stations, roaming service, live music, and a DJ before ending with fireworks over Minitas Beach.
One of the evening’s highlights was the variety of culinary experiences presented by the chefs. **Adam Pawlak**, and **Adrián Ramírez**, joined forces at a popular station featuring tacos and other crowd-pleasing specialties. Casa de Campo Executive Chef **Carlos Alberto Mardones** presented an impressive seafood selection, including a NOMAD-inspired king crab Louie, buttered lobster rolls topped with caviar, and an assortment of seafood specialties. Meanwhile, **Bryan Noury** and **Marcus Gleadow-Ware** brought their own culinary perspective to another station, adding to the evening’s diverse gastronomic offerings.
