Experience the restorative powers of yoga with a morning class right on Minitas Beach. Classes are open to everyone—including beginners and first-timers—and include a combination of pranayama (breath work), asana (posture), and yogic thought.

With several classes offered each week, our experienced instructors will lead you through a dynamic practice that incorporates elements of vinyasa, hatha, yin, ashtanga, and kundalini yoga styles. With beautiful class locations on Minitas Beach and in the spa’s labyrinth garden, let Casa de Campo Resort and Villas provide an inspirational backdrop for your practice.

Please arrive five minutes before the start of class with an open mind, and be prepared to have a good time.
