This skillfully designed home takes full advantage of its hillside location, with the living room and porch elevated over lush landscaping. To accommodate the incline, the rooms and outdoor areas are gently multi-levelled creating a spacious atmosphere with sense of privacy for guests.

Tawny ceramic tile flooring, wood beamed ceilings and plenty of windows dominate the attractive interiors. The air-conditioned living room has one seating arrangement facing a plasma television, and another situated next to a bar with stools. Coral and lime pillows accent crisp white upholstery and surrounding windows with white plantation shutters provide plenty of natural light. Outside the living room there is a wide balcony suspended over tropical gardens, furnished for lounging and a table for snacks or playing cards.

The formal dining room for six connects to an outdoor covered patio containing the barbecue and an additional dining table seating six for alfresco meals with pool view. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone counters, and all the essentials for cooking and serving meals.

A low wall, with raised-bed plantings behind, surrounds the terrace, creating a private Caribbean oasis with a sparkling, sapphire pool as its centrepiece. Wide steps into the pool are enticing to dangle your feet into the water. For lazy relaxation, recline on chaise lounges, relax in padded Adirondack chairs, and enjoy poolside drinks served up on convenient tables.

Three air-conditioned, well-decorated bedrooms provide an evening retreat with furnishings crafted from rich woods, plasma televisions, plenty of closets, and private bathrooms with marble vanities and step-in shower. Two baths include double vanities, and there is an added outdoor shower for the master suite with direct access to the pool.

Villa accomodations include:

• Daily breakfast prepared in villa
• Private maid and butler service from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm each day. Services to include: light laundering, light cooking, bartender services, packing- unpacking. 
• Two (2) 4-passenger touring cart for 3 and 4 Bdrm villas and Three (3) 4-passenger touring carts for 5 Bdrm villas; for transportation within the resort during stay.
• Welcome amenities upon arrival: Selection of fresh fruits and Dominican rum, assortment of snacks and treats for the whole family.
• Personalized check-in and orientation at your villa with an Excel Concierge.
• Use of the Fitness Center.
• Excel Concierge service for all sports and restaurant reservations or other assistance.
• During the holiday season (Dec 21 – Jan 3) the touring cart will be replace for a mid-size car.
