Reach the next level
The American Sports Academy was founded by Marc and Caroline White, long-time Directors of Kutsher’s Sports Academy in New York and Massachusetts, USA, and by Spanish entrepreneur, Juan Carlos García-Cordero. They have created the ultimate opportunity both in training and environment for young athletes, ages 7-17, from all over the world.
The American Sports Academy offers a totally elective program for children ages 7-17 who wish to improve their skill levels in sports and athletics. Our program is based upon “reaching the next level”, whether that be in the elementary and middle school ages, high school, or for a camper who aims to play in college or go on to play professionally. We take pride in knowing our campers will be receiving the best in instruction from our top of the line professional staff.
Campers may concentrate on one sport or branch out into multiple areas during their stay at the American Sports Academy. Our elective program offers the campers the ability to choose their daily schedule, with instruction and games included each day. Schedules are made for a week at a time, but with two “free choice” periods per day the campers have the ability to take part in a variety of activities on a daily basis.
Individual instruction and improvement is the key to our program, and we blend this into positive competitive game situations so that both campers and coaches can obtain feedback and gauge their level of improvement as they go.
Each camper leaves ASA with an evaluation sheet in the areas they choose at the end of their stay. This includes recommendations for practice points to take home with them to ensure continued improvement during the year.
