Payment & Cancellation Policies

Deposit & Payment Policies:
To guarantee reservations, a two (2) night deposit is required on room, villa rate or package at the time of booking. Full prepayment is due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival. Balance of payment will be automatically charged to credit card used for deposit, unless alternate arrangements are made. Reservations made within twenty-one (21) days of arrival, require full prepayment at time of booking.
Cancellation Policies:
Deposit payments are fully refundable up to twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival. Cancellation notices received from eight (8) to twenty (20) days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% penalty charge. No refunds for cancellations received from seven (7) days or less prior to arrival or for no-show. Changes received within 20 days of arrival (new arrival/departure date, reduction in length of stay) may be accepted at the rate level of the original booking or applicable penalty applies. Change or cancellation notices will only be accepted in writing.
Special Payment and Cancellation Policies apply over Christmas/New Year Holidays.

Checks
Personal checks are accepted for prepayments. Checks to be made payable to CASA DE CAMPO. Mail to: Premier World Marketing. 2600 S.W. Third Avenue , Sixth Floor. Miami, FL. 33129. Personal checks are NOT accepted as payment at the hotel.

Casa de Campo's 105% Hurricane Guarantee
If, within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, a Hurricane Watch* or Hurricane Warning* is issued in La Romana,
Dominican Republic, your city of origination or in your travel route and you cannot arrive, you may cancel reservations
and receive:
- 105% credit towards a future stay at the resort.
- Cancellation penalties waived.
- Future stay is subject to availability and prevailing rates for the season selected.
- Valid to both group and individual guests within one year from dates of original dates of travel.
If, while you are a guest at the resort, a Hurricane Watch* or Hurricane Warning* is issued for La Romana,
Dominican Republic, you may depart early and receive:
- 105% credit on the deposited, unused nights remaining on your visit to be credited towards a future return visit
within one year.
- Cancellation penalties waived.
- Future stay subject to availability and prevailing rates for the season selected.
- Valid for both group and individual travel within one year from dates of original dates of travel.
- The resort will also provide all possible assistance to facilitate departures and guest safety.
