Casa de Campo has created a system so that parents can let their children have fun and enjoy some independence while they get to relax and unwind. De-stress and find yourself again knowing that your children are safe and having the time of their lives.

24 hour advance reservations recommended. Advance reservations are required for evening programs and Nannies.

Water Safety: Kids are given a bracelet upon registration, green for swimmers and red for non-swimmers. A Certified Lifeguard is on duty during all water activities at the beach or any pool. All counselors are trained in swimming instruction, CPR and water safety. Counselors are in the water with the children at all times. Life vests are used during all boating activities. The counselor to child ratio for Toddlers'n Casa is 1 counselor to every 3 children; Kidz'n Casa is 1 counselor to every 4 children and Casa Tweens is 1 counselor to every 5 children. All counselors are bilingual, speaking English and Spanish, and are trained in First Aid and CPR.

Discipline: Before activities begin, the children are assigned to their counselors and the activities are reviewed, along with behavior guidelines, which are enforced for the safety of all the children.

Security: The Buddy System is used, with each child having a partner for the day. Roll calls are taken after each activity. Children are taken to the bathrooms in groups. No child is ever alone.

You Do Know Where Your Child Is! During morning registration, you will always receive a copy of the day's activities, locations and phone numbers so you may always contact your child. Parents are always welcome to join and observe our program.

Sickness: A sick child can not be accepted in the programs. If a child shows signs of illness during the day, he/she will be accompanied to the Kidz Club until the parents can pick them up. Medications are not allowed.

Dress Code: Hat, sneakers, a swimsuit and sun block. Long pants and sneakers are required on days that include horseback riding.

Rainy Days: We will carry out special activities to entertain the children. Please ask for the full program.

Nannies'n Casa :

24-hour advanced reservations are required for Nanny services.
Nanny Service is subject to availability of qualified staff at time of request.
There is a 50% penalty fee for cancellations and a late reservation fee of US$10.00.

Nannies By Day
Nannies are available from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8 hours maximum, with two 30-minute breaks without child-care duties required and lunch provided by the parents.
Third child is an additional charge of US$10.00, maximum 3 children per Nanny.
All Nanny charges will be applied to your hotel account.

Nannies By Night
Nannies provide babysitting in you guestroom or villa after 5:00 pm until 12:00 am. There is a 3-hour minimum.
An additional charge of US$10.00 will be applied to your hotel account for a taxi to take the Nanny home.
Third child is an additional charge of US$5.00 per hour, paid directly to the Nanny, maximum 3 children per Nanny.
