Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is honored to host the second edition of its gastronomic initiative “Flavors of the World”, showing the rich Dominican culinary heritage by four of the most innovative chefs today: Chef Tita, from Travesias Restaurant, Giancarlo Bonarelli and Steve Provost from Bottega Fratelli and Anthony Massas, Executive Chef of Casa de Campo.

These four stars will be together in a master dinner, that will include original and unique creations, on Friday June 24 at 8 pm, at La Casita Restaurant, located in the Marina Casa de Campo.

On Sunday, the Beach Club, will host a delicious “brunch” prepared by the chefs in a relaxed, casual atmosphere and informal, while enjoying the sun and the breeze at Minitas Beach.

A gathering of flavors and national roots

Each dish will consist under a structure of fine cuisine and originality, beyond the peculiar combination of flavors for the taste buds, as all the dishes will be created for the occasion.
